It’s a quite common issue that Android USB driver not working properly on computer. The USB 3.0 controller drivers are not automatically updated by Windows update or similar, these kind of updates are usually complimentary or optional. - If your drive is detected (same test as above), but is not showing in File Explorer, go to Disk Management and find your disk. Right click in the colored area in front of this disk and select ‘Format’.
- Solution 2 – Update Video Controller driver. You can update the said driver manually if you want. Mind you, this process is time-consuming and requires certain amount of technical knowledge. An easier, not to mention faster, method is to use an advanced driver update software tool.
- Make sure your Windows 10 device is up to date by going to Windows Update on your device and checking for available updates. Reboot your device and try again. Ensure your USB ports are not disabled in your Device Manager. Try another USB 2.0 or 3.0 port. Try reinstalling the drivers in case they have partially installed.
- Disconnect the controller from the PC and uninstall the device driver software on the controller. Click View in Device Manager and select Show hidden devices. In Audio input and outputs, Sound, video and game controller and Other devices, select DDJ-RB, right click it and select Uninstall device.
- I seem to have a weird issue with the Asmedia USB Host Controller. I decided to do a clean install of the latest Windows 10 build (10586). I've been a Windows Insider, so I've installed and reinstalled windows 10 countless times. Each and every time, I install the latest Intel Chipset Drivers from the Rampage V drivers sections.
